Yanina
Prenzlau

  • Yanina has been fascinated with the body since more than 30 years now. Being a sports scientist (graduate from the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln), she has in-depth knowledge of the body’s structure like its muscles, anatomy and performance abilities and capabilities. But ever since being a Yoga Teacher she has truly understood that there is much more to the body than only its structure – there is the breath which can open up new horizons underneath the skin, there is the body awareness that can change the way you feel inside and there is the natural body intelligence which you can listen to in order to sense your boundaries and thus also what you really need and want.

As a trainer in (critical) political education she is very aware of the different histories and experiences our bodies and minds have been involved in throughout our life. This is why she aims at creating a safe space for every human being in order to fully unfold and feel welcome. She is a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapy and a systemic body-psycho-therapist and has her praxis in Neukölln where she offers 1-1 sessions.

  • Step out of your day and onto the mat for a nourishing one-hour yoga journey — the ideal transition from workday to evening.

This all-levels class begins with a dynamic yang-style vinyasa flow to help you release the day, energize your body, and move through any lingering thoughts or emotions. As we build breath and heat, you'll be invited to reconnect with yourself through purposeful movement and grounding rhythm.

We then shift into deep, supported yin postures, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to soften. This calming phase supports the integration of your energy and experience, leaving you clearer and more grounded for the rest of your evening.

Each class is set to a thoughtfully curated playlist designed to support your emotional and physical journey. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is your midweek reset — a chance to let go, unwind, and come home to your body.

  • a wild self-creation of
